1 yellow cake mix (not the kind with pudding in the mix)
1 cup nuts, chopped
3 eggs
1 stick margarine, melted
1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 box confectionery sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix cake mix, nuts, 1 egg, and margarine. Press into a greased 9"x13"x2" pan.
Mix remaining ingredients well and pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes.
Cool and cut into squares.
