Sour Cream Pound Cake

2 sticks margarine
3 cups sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
6 eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 - 8 oz. carton sour cream

Cream together margarine and sugar.  Add vanilla and lemon.  Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Put soda in the flour and add half of this to sugar mixture.  Beat well.  Add sour cream and the rest of flour to sugar mixture.

Bake in a greased and floured tube pan or 2 loaf pans at 325 degrees for 1 hour, 15 minutes or until center is done.  Cook on rack 15 minutes before you take out of pan.
