4 sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 cup sugar
1 small can of Pet milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix all ingredients and pour into a lightly-greased casserole dish. Cover with topping and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Topping
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup melted butter
Mix all ingredients.
Note: Mom sometimes makes this casserole without the topping. Mom needs to be whipped.
